Fit Food Recipes: Cookies-n-Cream Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfait

Quick Snack or Post-Workout Dessert
Cookies-n-Cream Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
     -1/2 cup Chex Granola Mix (gluten free) Honey Nut
           (or 1 packet of Quaker granola)
    -1 serving Peanut Butter (2 tbsp)
    -1 scoop Cookies-n-Cream Whey Protein
    -Dannon Light & Fit Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
Calories: 714cal
Macros: 71g Carbohydrates 49g Protein 26g Fat
Directions:
1. Pour 1 scoop of Whey Protein in bowl
2. Add 1 cup yogurt; mix and stir till blended
3. add 1 serving (portion size optional) to center of yogurt solution
4. Open and pour 1 packet of granola (or 1/2 cup from granola bag) on top
5. Fast and Simple! Enjoy!

Food Recipe: Peanut Butter Pumpkin Crumb Mugcake





Quick Snack or Post-Workout Dessert
Peanut Butter Pumpkin Crumb Mugcake
Ingredients:
     -1/2 cup Chex Granola Mix (gluten free) Honey Nut
           (or 1 packet of Quaker granola)
    -1 serving Peanut Butter (2 tbsp)
    -1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
    -1/2 Cup 100% Pure Pumpkin
    -4 Egg Whites
    -(Optional to fluff; not included in macro count) Dannon Light & Fit Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
Calories: 718cal
Macros: 63g Carbohydrates 58g Protein 26g Fat
Directions:
1. Pour 1 scoop of Whey Protein in bowl
2. Add in 1/2 cup pure pumpkin, 4 egg whites, (optional: add small amount of yogurt to fluff)
3. Place in microwave, and cook till mixture begins to fluff like cake
4. Take out when most of mixture is cooked, but stop before center of mixture becomes solid (leave creamy)
4. Add 1 serving peanut butter on top of center (mix with center creamy solution to create a sort of peanut butter filling)
5. Pour granola on top, add any extras (cinnamon, chocolate, etc)
6. Enjoy!

Food Recipe: Honey Nut Apple Cinnamon Granola Protein Mugcake



Quick Post-Workout Meal
Honey Nut Apple Cinnamon Granola Protein Mugcake
Ingredients:
     -1/2 cup Chex Granola Mix (gluten free) Honey Nut
    -1 Red Apple
    -1 scoop Whey Protein
Calories: 553cal
Macros: 73g Carbohydrates 36g Protein 13g Fat
Directions:
1. Pour granola into bowl
2. Dice 1 Red Apple into small chunks (size depends on individual preference)
3. Mix Red Apples with granola
4. Place bowl in microwave. Cook for 2-5min (till apples start to soften)
5. Take bowl out of microwave. Pour 1 Scoop of Whey Protein powder on top of mixture (or stir in)
6. Add a small portion of water to mixture (till powder becomes a bit mushy but not soupy).
7. Place back into microwave. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
8. Take out of microwave. Add topping (cinnamon, syrup, peanut butter, chocolate, etc)

Food Recipes: Banana Almond Raisin Protein Sandwich



Quick Post-Workout Meal
Banana Almond Raisin Protein Sandwich
 
Ingredients:
     -The Bakery BliueBerry Bagel
    -Banana Whey Protein
    -Quaker Granola
Calories: 650cal each
Macros: 97g Carbohydrates 43g Protein 10g Fat
Directions:
1. Toast the blueberry bagels in the toaster till light brown crust appears (set aside)
2. Pour one scoop of banana whey protein (or other flavor) into bowl
3. Add in one packet (or about 1/2 cup) of Quaker granola to the protein
4. Pour small amounts of water into the bowl to make a creamy mush and stir
5. Heat in microwave for 60-90 secs or till the mush becomes slightly puffy (still a bit creamy)
6. Scoop and add mix onto one side of bagel
7. Add toppings of choice (syrup, cinnamon, chocolate powder, etc)
8. Enjoy
