Food Recipe: Honey Nut Apple Cinnamon Granola Protein Mugcake
Quick Post-Workout Meal
Honey Nut Apple Cinnamon Granola Protein Mugcake
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup Chex Granola Mix (gluten free) Honey Nut
-1 Red Apple
-1 scoop Whey Protein
Calories: 553cal
Macros: 73g Carbohydrates 36g Protein 13g Fat
Directions:
1. Pour granola into bowl
2. Dice 1 Red Apple into small chunks (size depends on individual preference)
3. Mix Red Apples with granola
4. Place bowl in microwave. Cook for 2-5min (till apples start to soften)
5. Take bowl out of microwave. Pour 1 Scoop of Whey Protein powder on top of mixture (or stir in)
6. Add a small portion of water to mixture (till powder becomes a bit mushy but not soupy).
7. Place back into microwave. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
8. Take out of microwave. Add topping (cinnamon, syrup, peanut butter, chocolate, etc)
