Food Recipes: Banana Almond Raisin Protein Sandwich



Quick Post-Workout Meal
Banana Almond Raisin Protein Sandwich
 
Ingredients:
     -The Bakery BliueBerry Bagel
    -Banana Whey Protein
    -Quaker Granola
Calories: 650cal each
Macros: 97g Carbohydrates 43g Protein 10g Fat
Directions:
1. Toast the blueberry bagels in the toaster till light brown crust appears (set aside)
2. Pour one scoop of banana whey protein (or other flavor) into bowl
3. Add in one packet (or about 1/2 cup) of Quaker granola to the protein
4. Pour small amounts of water into the bowl to make a creamy mush and stir
5. Heat in microwave for 60-90 secs or till the mush becomes slightly puffy (still a bit creamy)
6. Scoop and add mix onto one side of bagel
7. Add toppings of choice (syrup, cinnamon, chocolate powder, etc)
8. Enjoy
